Who are considered

children?

This is a tough one. We've had 15 year olds say "I'm a child, I want my face painted." Some children do, some don't. What about babies? Some parents will insist their infant gets painted. We do our best, but holding down a screaming child to be painted does not a good memory make. We try to take the youngest to the oldest. If we notice the older teenagers are lining up to get their faces painted, we will ask you if you would like to purchase more time.
